This is our quick FAQ. It’s designed to answer any standard questions that you may need answered before you contact us.
Question 1: What file types do you accept?
Answer: Our goal is to create the highest-quality product for you. We can only do that if you submit a high-quality version of your artwork. With that in mind, we accept these high-quality file types:
Question 2: Do you deliver?
Answer: We deliver for a small fee and we also have a pick up location at Wilhelminastraat 62.
Question 3: What does a stamp cost?
Answer: Please visit our product page and configure the stamp of your choosing. When ready, add your product to the cart. You will only be able to proceed if you create an account on our website. Once you do so you will be able to compete your order.
Question 4: How Long does it take to make a stamp?
Answer: Depends on when it was ordered. We produce twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). If you need something urgently we can offer a priority service at a charge, if and when we are able.
